Low Answer Rates and Few Call-backs

While Marilyn Todd Insurance is one of the top insurance companies in the business, the insurance industry is also incredibly competitive. In order to convert leads, it is imperative to be able to speak to interested prospects within seconds of them filling out a lead form. To reach interested prospects, Marilyn Todd Insurance has a team of over 40 agents who make over 80K calls per month when prospects submit a lead form online. As soon as a new lead comes in, it is assigned to an insurance agent to quickly make a call.

However, despite their national presence and reputation, Marilyn Todd Insurance was struggling with low answer rates and few call-backs, which became more frustrating as the economy restricted. They were using an insurance-specific contact center technology platform, but it wasn’t solving the problem. Over 80% of their calls were being marked with spam flags.
